Harper&#8217;s too small to talk or really understand a huge amount of what they do, but they still have an awesome time regardless. She&#8217;s a happy little giggling bundle of joy who just loves life. Here&#8217;s how positive she is &#8211; she even likes <em>rain<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p>This little rugrat has seen rain before, but never <a href=\"https:\/\/dailydigest.com\/cash-me-outside-girl-is-going-back-onto-dr-phil\/\">crazy<\/a> warm summer rain like this. Her daddy&#8217;s showing it to her and she absolutely loves it. So much so that Don decides they should go outside and enjoy it up close&#8230; And she totally loves it!
