Potatoes<\/strong><\/em><\/a>. We all love potatoes, don’t we? There’s no greater legume. Snacks, sides, main meals, these versatile ground gifts are unrivaled in the culinary world. French fries, mash, chips, tater tots… The list is seemingly endless. But we think we may well have stumbled across the tastiest way to cook potatoes ever known to man: ‘Parmesan Potato Stacks<\/strong><\/em>‘!<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong> to serve 4-6 people:<\/em>
\n\u2013 3 tablespoons of butter (melted)
\n\u2013 2 tablespoons of Parmesan
\n\u2013 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
\n\u2013 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
\n\u2013 Salt and pepper
\n\u2013 8-10 potatoes, sliced as\u00a0thin as possible
\n\u2013 A 12 cup muffin tin<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/em><\/strong>
\nPreheat your oven to a 350\u00b0F. Grease the muffin tin. Thinly slice the potatoes after peeling. Put\u00a0them in a big bowl and pour\u00a0in\u00a0the melted butter, cheese, garlic powder, thyme, and seasoning.\u00a0Mix it all up and\u00a0place them into the muffin cups. Stack and layer. Put\u00a0the muffin tin in the oven and bake for an hour. That’s it. Delicious!<\/p>\n
