Ksenia Parkhatskaya, a Ukrainian dancer<\/a> and model, is almost single-handedly bringing 1920s American culture to Eastern Europe. Dressed head to toe as a Flapper – the iconic young, females of the Jazz Age\u00a0– she specializes in dances of that era, such as the Charleston and the Lindy Hop.<\/p>\n

Recently, Ksenia showed up at an audition for\u00a0\u0422\u0430\u043d\u0446\u0443\u044e\u0442 \u0412\u0441\u0438 5, the Ukrainian equivalent of So You Think You Can Dance<\/a>? At first, the judges <\/a>seemed unsure about her, but as soon as she started dancing<\/a>, their jaws dropped, and she subsequently sailed through to the next round.<\/p>\n
