But while the cast, <strong>Wentworth Miller, Rockmond Dunbar, Wade Williams, Dominic Purcell<\/strong> and more were out in <em><strong>Morocco<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/dailydigest.com\/films-child-strangled-window-blinds\/\">filming<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, something gruesome happened.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Dominic Purcell<\/strong><\/em>, known as &#8220;Lincoln&#8221; in the TV show, broke his nose in two places when an iron bar fell on his head. He was flown by an emergency helicopter from <em><strong>Marrakesh<\/strong><\/em> to <em><strong>Casablanca<\/strong><\/em> for urgent <em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/dailydigest.com\/artist-gives-sick-children-awesome-tattoos-to-make-life-in-hospital-more-fun\/\">hospital<\/a><\/strong><\/em> treatment.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5702\" src=\"http:\/\/dailydigest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Purcell-Injury.jpg\" alt=\"Purcell Injury\" width=\"818\" height=\"805\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Prison Break star posted the news, along with two photos, on social media with the caption:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Had a little accident on set. Haha! Back at work asap. Pays to have a thick skull when an iron bar falls on your #head!!\u00a0&#8216;Busting it open severely also broke my nose in two places. Haha.I got a free nose job out of it&#8230;&#8230; Stoked to be alive. All good.'&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5700\" src=\"http:\/\/dailydigest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Broken-Nose-Purcell.jpg\" alt=\"Broken Nose Purcell\" width=\"843\" height=\"880\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It seems the actor has some humor about the situation by adding, &#8220;I wish I could say I discovered something profound out of my near miss. Ummmmm nothing yet just a broken nose and a hundred stitches in my head&#8221; and &#8220;doc said I have an unusually tough tissue fiber that&#8217;s what saved me apparently. Thank god for my #Viking heritage hahaha !!!!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Luckily, he had his girlfriend, 90210 star <em><strong>AnnaLynne McCord<\/strong><\/em>, by his side the entire time who was his voice of reason throughout the ordeal. Purcell says, &#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><em>Thank god my love @theannalynnemccord was there when my unfortunate accident occurred on set.\u00a0She went into raging #momma mode along with #christinanorthup and got me the right care. Show goes on.
