Especially now as<a href=\"http:\/\/dailydigest.com\/anonymous-donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em> President Trump<\/em> <\/strong><\/a>has had his say and is advocating the reintroduction of waterboarding and other controversial torture methods in extreme situations.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with <strong><em>ABC News<\/em><\/strong>, he told of his views on the subject. Despite torture being illegal in the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailydigest.com\/eu-tell-trump-to-pee-off-over-tariffs\/\">US<\/a> currently, he thinks that so-called &#8216;enhanced interrogation techniques&#8217; work&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;If they do want to do it, then I will work toward that end. I want to do everything within the bounds of what you&#8217;re allowed to do legally.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;When ISIS is doing things that no one has ever heard of, since medieval times, would I feel strongly about waterboarding?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5960\" src=\"http:\/\/dailydigest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Waterboarding-Trump-1.jpg\" alt=\"Waterboarding Trump \" width=\"1011\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;As far as I&#8217;m concerned, we have to fight fire with fire.
